October 24, 2017 Mississauga, Ontario – Studica Limited is now a Global Partner with WorldSkills International. Studica will support competitors of the WorldSkills Mobile Robotics Competitions until 2021 by supplying robotics kits to all competing teams. Studica pledges to enhance the WorldSkills Mobile Robotics Component Collection based on this year’s event and to continually improve this offering to best serve competitors. The collection includes all required components that contestants must have in order to train and compete in the Mobile Robotics skill competition.

The WorldSkills Mobile Robotics Component Collection supplied by Studica includes everything needed to showcase their skills and innovation in designing, building and programming robotics. NI myRIO, LabVIEW, various brackets and structural components, servos and motors, wheels, gears, drive train and fasteners are included. Additional authorized units and components are available at Studica’s Robot Zone.
WorldSkills Competitions raise the standard of vocational education and training effectively improving the world through the power of Skills. At the 2017 event in Abu Dhabi over 50 skill competitions were held with over 1,300 competitors from around the world taking part. The 45th annual skills competition is scheduled to take place in Kazan, Russia in 2019.
